When i turn on my computer than it says Microsoft than it goes to the log in page but doesnt load its just all blue. Then an error comes up it says innuficient IDE. Then i click OK then it restarts. It keeps doing thr same thing over and over.I tried so many times.

I am not sure you spelled that error correctly but the symptoms point to either a bad ide cable (unlikely), ide connection (possible) or a failed drive (very possible). Open the machine and make sure all connections, both on the drive and the mobo are tight. If there is no improvement, replace the drive.

have you checked your IDE conenctions between your PC and your Hard Drive? it may be loose, its difficult, but it may be so, also, check you BIOS version and if you have RAID, check those drivers as well.
Thse are the three likely things that might be wrong
