I do sometimes because I find it's useful to know a little about the person before providing an answer.
Someone might ask a computer related question for example, if I can see from their previous questions and answers that they know something about computers I'd provide a different answer to the one I'd give to someone who knows very little about computers.
Likewise, I sometimes answer questions relating to architecture, building and finance and the rules are very different where I am (UK) from where most people on this site are (US). It would be pointless me giving an answer to someone in the US based on the UK mortgage system for example.
It can sometimes help to know roughly how old a person is and what sort of intelligence level they have. A simple question such as 'why is the sky blue' would merit a different answer for a 10 year old school-kid than it would for an educated adult.
There are also some people (usually on level 1) who ask seemingly genuine questions but aren't remotely interested in the answers and will pick something like 'idk' as the best answer. It's a waste of time answering these questions.
Just for the record, I haven't looked at any of your other questions or answers.

If it's a really stupid question, or a racist question, yes. I look to see how long they've been participating on this site, because it just baffles me how Yahoo can allow some of the people who ask these questions to continue to participate.

It appears to me that you would have to look at he question in order to form an answer. I haven't answered a question yet, that i haven't looked at first.
