's House and the screen door is very loose. It all plastic and I don't see any way to tighten it. What should I look for.

They older they get, the looser they'll be. There isn't much you can do about that.. I suggest going out and looking for something newer..
Something that won't leak and shake when the weather gets bad.

It was probably riveted on.You will have to see if there are any rivets,drill them out and get a rivet gun and re-install.

look for where it is screwed to the frame
