I'd make sure he was secured so that he couldn't hurt me or anyone else ever again. Then, I'd look him in the eyes and ask him to explain his ways. I'm certain his answer wouldn't be a good one however, I do believe in giving people a chance to explain themselves.
I'd walk away and think about all that he told me and make darn sure he never saw life outside a deep dark prison cell again. As for any prison perks, he'd not have any... bread and water would suffice. I'd rather spend my money feeding people who are honest, loving and poor than give to those that are deceitful, violent and have no heart.

Turn him in for the $27 Million Dollar Reward... I wouldn't kill him or even hurt him... I'm sure that there are others who would take care of that...
That way.. I get the money and no guilt about hurting another human being

Funny you should ask...five years ago when my son was 6, I asked him that same question and he said, "First, I'm gonna do a take-down on him like this (*demonstrates a karate move*), then I'm gonna sit on his head, and POOP in his ear!"...well, I think if Osama knew this, he might just surrender.

Put him a comfortable room with medical care if he needs it, food, water, clothing, any of the creature comforts we human beings need.I would ask him, once he is comfortable and healthy, to pray with me. To get down on his knees with me and hear my prayer to Almighty God. I would cry with him over the desert, and I would forgive him. God help me, but it is not my job to judge this man.

I would torchure him by slicing him up with paper cuts, then pouring alcohol on him, followed by pushing him into a hole filled with syringes! (Got the syringe idea from Saw II)
