Notre Dame the first couple weeks of the season count in the BCS computer polls and teams playing teams like North Texas, or La. Tech Lafayette and other crap teams from crap conferences it hurts in the computers. W. Va has the the easiest road to going undefeated if they beat louisville, but I think it will be Notre Dame winning it all I think by the end of the year they will have played 2 conference champions and won all games beat USC(pac-10), PSU(big 10) not to mention all the other good games to be played. ND wins it all the only other teams that closely play a decent game at the start of the season is Texas Ohio State and it wont be done again not for a long time. So while all the other favorites are playing teams like Troy and NIU, Notre Dame will continue their march to victory over good teams and some great teams.

I'm between USC, Ohio State, and Notre Dame right now. Obviously, it is very early in the season. Texas would put themselves in fantastic position with a win against the Buckeyes Saturday night. I loved watching the "Horns win it all last year. But Vince Young was so much of that offense I just find it hard to believe Texas will beat Ohio State. If I had to pick a national champion right now, I would pick the winner of the USC-ND game Nov. 25 in LA as the probable national champ. I'm an Auburn fan and would love to pick them but the SEC is the toughest conference to come out of undefeated in my opinion and we may have one or two undefeated teams this year. Good luck to the "Horns on Saturday night. It is an eagerly awaited game for all college football fans.
