How did it end, what about Fox Mulder, Cigarette Smoking Man, etc..

Depends where u saw it up to. Last episode - Mulder sentenced to death for killing super soldier disquised as army person (obviously not dead), has some serious snogging with Scully, fantastic but wish it was me! Escapes with Dogget, Reyes, Skinners and Kirsh's help. Goes with Scully to Mexico to find the truth. Cig smoking man there - new hairstyle but still fagging it away, tells them the date of invasion and how he's protected Mulder only to see him die while secret gvmt hides etc. Then helicoters blow building up and kill cig man and mulder and scully escape. Ends with them on bed in hotel room saying how they will continue to fight to stop invasion. Sounds a bit bland but u really have to see it to appreciate it. U need to see the last season all the way through to understand about the supersoldiers and scully's baby etc.
God I love X-Files so much why can't they bring it back!!!!!!!

It's really impossible to give a short summary to explain how it all ended since in order to understand how it ended, you'll have to explain the ongoing storylines that were tied up or left open. Your best bet is to go onto Wikipedia because it does summarize in brief and gives all the spoilers all the way to the end of all the characters, including Cigarette Smoking Man.

In the end, the Wizard gave Muldur a heart, the CSM new lungs, and the Lone Gunmen got a brain. And Scully got to go home (unfortunately, her little dog got eaten by an alligator).

Mulder and Scully had a baby (I think conceived in the episond: "All Things", written by Gillian Anderson herself), and lived happily ever after! Yaaaay!

yep smoking man bit it in cave mulder and scully were on the run from the goverment last thing they showed the were in motel room

Its been awhile since I have seen it but all I recall the CS man was in a cave and was killed by a missile while he was smoking a cigarette.
Try going to tv.com and they have good summaries on shows.
