I'm thin as it is, about 105 lbs., but for some reason I don't gain much weight and all the fat goes straight to my legs, thighs and butt. What to do.....am desperate!!!! It doesn't look good because it develops into cellulite. Any suggestions...

do squats and leg excersices and activites that involve the legs...don't over do it b/c they will tone up and get big muscle-wise, but to keep them from being all fat i would make sure you keep those muscles working...Denise Austin (as corny as she is) worked well for me and toned me all over wonderfully!! I have all my weight down there too and this is my main problem area, so i understand...

Where fat goes on your body is completely due to genetics. I learned this in my Wellness Concepts class, so I can now explain why I can look like an anorexic on my upper body but have huge thighs and a huge butt. However, you can TONE your legs, which helps a little bit, and that would be accomplished by exercising those muscles. But you should concentrate on weight-training/strength-building leg exercises, since you don't want to lose weight. (105 seems really low, check your Body Mass Index (BMI))

Running and squats with light weight will tighten it up.
