Your hormones might take a while to even out. Are you breastfeeding? This can slow the process down too. I think I had one a month after my daughter was born but then nothing for 4 months, I was breast feeding. My cycle didn't completely even out until after I weaned her.
Just to be on the safe side, call your doctor and ask if you need to come in and be checked. You could be pregnant again.

I didn't have a normal one for 6 months after my son and if you had a vaginal or c-section can affect when and how the first couple of periods are if your breast feeding it can block the hormone or make a very light quick one

Are you nursing? Some breastfeeding women never get a period the whole time they are nursing.
Mine returned at 10 mos PP after baby #1.
9.5 mos PP after baby #2.
About 16 mos PP after baby #3.

Mine nonetheless isn't accepted, and that i finished breastfeeding while my son became 3 months previous, with the aid of problems. he's now 9 months. And my era is equivalent to yours-- i'm getting it so lots greater many times than I did in the previous. My friends with older toddlers tell me that in many cases it takes a twelve months or greater.

Thats ok hun, sometimes it can take months for your cycle to regulate agian. You should talk to your doctor about it, because your doctor can put you on birth control to help regulate it as well. That is what I had to do.

If you are feeding the baby yourself, they may not return until after you have weaned. If not then they should return after a few months, maybe you should discuss with your doctor

Depends if you are nursing your baby. If you are then you might not get it until you are done with nursing. If you are not then about 6 weeks.

Are you breastfeeding? That can keep a period away for another year! Yet another benefit of boob juice! LOL! :-)
