school physicals?

Why did they makes the guys go into a room strip down to boxers and get examined at school in front of everyone isnt this violation of privacy? It happen in high school library room with nurses.

This happened at our high school, too. However, the physicals were voluntary. Having said that, I noticed that the only guys who willingly had them done were the hot guys, with great bodies, who seemed to enjoy showing off for the crowd. They were all to willing to strip down and many took off more clothing than they even needed to. It's a violation of privacy because these guys were minors, even if they consented to and enjoyed being undressed in front of the entire school, there is something wrong with it. They had to take off their shirts to be examined for sinal curvature. The nurses cupped their balls to check for testicular cancer, and examined their feet and other extremities for god knows what. This should be done in private, but with hundreds of males at our school, I guess that was impracticle.

Yes, it is a violation of privacy, medical exams are suposed to be confidential, just you and the Doctor.
The argument that “Doctors saw it before” it is stupid. Yes they saw it all before, and they may ACT in a very professional way, but is just ACTING, like in the theater, they have natural reactions and emotions, even if they hide them. And the students have natural reactions too, of embarrassment, etc, they can not control those emotions. I have seen it all before too, so show me yours then!
And now the best part: Schools provide health services for free, they can not be mandatory BY LAW. Most Schools/doctors think that they can force students to do the exams, but they are wrong.
I am telling you this because most parents/students are not aware that the exams are not mandatory! And even if you chose to go to the exam, the Doctor CAN NOT force you to do things that you do not want to do.
Just search in a search engine key words like “Rutherford Institute” “Lambert” “exam”. Some girls wake up in the middle of the night shouting out loud “I said NO”, and the doctor said it was in the girls “best interest”!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Obviously this only happened because they are girls, things like that happen to BOYS all the time and no one cares!

Doctors think they are Gods and that they do not have to respect others or respect the LAW.

don't think it is a violation of privacy at least it is not a law. If you are not comfortable with the situation then perhaps your private physician would give you a physical if you have to have one for school

Sounds llike they sacrificed modesty for efficiency. That is not right no correct. I wish nurses would not assume that boys are not modest and girls are. It should be reported and the method should be changed.

In high school they should not have them take off their boxers...it is necessary to check for scoliosis though...and thats they only reason i can see for them taking their shirt off.
