Is a women born with all the eggs she will have for her lifetime to be fertilized or does she just keep producing them.

Women are born with all the Ova they will have. However, don't worry, you have many more than will ever mature & be shed from the ovary. There's no shortage.

Women are born with all the eggs they'll every have (although I don't think you'll have to worry about that). Men, on the other hand, can produce as much sperm as needed.
