That's all legal. Sad. Intrusive. But legal.

People have no expectation of privacy in public records. If you don't like that, work to elect a new Congress and get the laws changed.

The privacy of ORDINARY CITIZENS, or the privacy of CRIMINALS? Why do people worry so much about protecting the rights of people who have no such problem violating the rights and safety of so-called "ordinary citizens"?

As long as there is accountability, and law enforcement agencies are not a bunch of unregulated thugs, then I fully support the use of tools and methods to keep the law-abiding public safe.

I might be more willing to listen to your pot-induced paranoia if you could spell simple words like afraid and use proper grammar. You would come across as much more believable if that were the case, my friend.

Oh, and what about it won't we believe? Do you think no one is aware of the Patriot Act?

Sorry, but drug dealers are not 'ordinary citizens'. They are criminals and deserve to be treated as such. I'm not a drug dealer so, no, I have no reason to 'be afraid'. Are you?

Not that I agree with the law...but I've read...and re-read the Constitution...and I can't find any mention of a "right" to privacy.

If you commit a serious crime; If you peddle drugs, and kids are killed by these drugs, you deserve no rights. You should be monitored the rest of your life, just as sex offenders are.
