A friend gave me a Turtle that has, what looks like Swollen feet. The skin has peeled off her hind feet and the she does not walk on them. Can any one help.

she is not that big. She is about the size of an Grapefruit. I have seen her walk on her feet but she tooks them in right away when she is dont walking or swimming.
