No not really they can knock on your door or stand in front of your house. The street is public property.

No. And I don't know what those people were into in San Diego, but I'm behind them 100% for what they did. If more people did this, there would be far less Nancy Graces in the world. I'd really like to see something like that happen to her. Oh, she would be so shocked that I would say such a thing while she feels free to appall ME every night.

no unless they have an affirmative defense that legally allows it--however---short of calling the police to move them off the property, theres not much to do except sue each individual who is trespassing, and that just wouldn't be worth the cost if they're just standing on your lawn.

Probably yes. There is probably some loophole that they created. Local and even national reporters are tools and vultures. Alot of determination and little intelligence.
