Whats a good and cheap birthday present idea for a 26 year old woman?

A good present : Spend half day at home with the woman and talk as much as you can, try to make a good atmosphere for a special occasion. The rest day take her out (if possible) and buy anything she likes(within your budget).If you are visiting somewhere to attend birthday party, wear decently and go with fresh flowers bunch. Wish nicely and talk more.
A cheap present : Please note, there is not any present available treated as cheap. All up to way of thinking of different peoples mind. You can make a cheap value present into good birthday gift.
Good gifts: normally woman likes- jewelry,garments,etc.
Cheap and best Gifts: a bunch of fresh flowers, pen set,books, etc.

But you kind of need to give a little more information than 26y/o woman... Add details like, wife, sister, friend, tomboy, girly girl, teacher, construction worker...
