I would start Culpepper normally,, but vs a tough Pitt d at home to start the year kind of has me sppoked! I also play a team this week whose Top Player is Randy Moss, so I was thinking switch to Brooks and try and offset any TDs that moss might have! At Best I see Culpepper with Maybe 2 Tds tonight, I could easily see Moss catch 2 Td himself on MNF! what is everyone take?

Culpepper is better!

As a Vikings fan who actually saw what went down on offense (apart from the empty rhetoric parrotted time and time again by national media), I can testify that it was Moss that made Culpepper, not the other way around. Moss has made every quarterback he's played with significantly better, from Culpepper to Gus Frerotte to Jeff George to Randall Cunningham to even Brad Johnson for the first few games of '98. He even helped Collins put up some decent stats (if not wins) as he hobbled through last season.

Culpepper had the best preseason of his career in 2005, and it translated to his worst season as a pro. Why? No Randy Moss. I would go with Brooks this week and every week simply on principal; but bias aside Brooks has the better matchup this week and I see no reason to go with 'Pep.

Before the start of Preseason I would have said Brooks, just becuase Culpepper blew last season and the team behind Brooks. But now Brooks has only completed 2 passes in preseason, and Miami is slated to be a contender this year.

Definately start Culpepper

I realize Randy Moss is better then Joe Horn, but what makes you think after all these years of Aaron Brooks being a terrible QB in NO that he will improve in Oakland? Brooks has been abysmal at best and while the Raiders played well in the preseason, that doesnt mean squat in week 1.

Unless it is a bye week, I would ALWAYS start Culpepper over Brooks. I would personally cut brooks in favor of Simms from TB if available.

I would start Culpepper.

Culpepper throwing to Chris Chambers make more sense than Brooks throwing to Moss.

I would be worried about the Pittsburgh Defense too, but Culpepper is who I would start.

Start Culpepper. Even with a healing knee, he has some great offensive weapons around him. Brooks has looked terrible so far in Oakland and doesn't have the offense down yet.

Daunte Culpepper. I would start him over Aaorn Brooks every week regardless of who culpepper plays. Aaron Brooks sucks balls.

Culpepper should be in there....Miami will win tonight and he will have 3 TD. Brooks is still too shaky at this point.

Culpepper. Brooks is SO inconsistent, it's hard to tell what you're going to get out of him from week to week.

Brooks has been feuding with Moss and Porter, so that is going to be trouble all year. I'd go with Dante!
