whenever i try to use bluetooth the phone tells me that it is already connected to another device but it isnt,have never been able to connect it. when i try to turn b/tooth off the phone goes thru the motions and tells me it is turned off but automatically reverts to the default position of on. Any ideas please

MY DAUGHTE R HAD PROB WITH THE BLUTOOTH ON HER MOTOROLA IN THE END WE WENT TO SETTINGS DELETED ALL THE PAIRED UP DEVICES AND THEN WENT TO THE FIND ME OPTION WHICH YOU ARE ONLY VISABLE FOR 1MINUTE WHER OTHER DEVICES CAN FIND YOU THEN ISENT HER A MMS VIA MY BLUETOOTH AND THEN SHE SENT IT BACK VIA HERS SO THIS FIXED THE PROBLEM BUT IF YOU STILL HAVE PROPS GET ON TO CUSTOMER CARE TECHNICAL SUPPORT THEY CANHELP

Try going into your bluetooth options and deleting every device you have installed. Then go and reinstall your headset. (by reinstall I mean resync) This just may help. If not, check your manual for the phone. Theres usually a troubleshooting section in the back. You could also try going to Mororola's website and looking for a tech support phone number. if taking off all devices do not work your best bet is to to do a full factory reset
