whenever i try to use bluetooth the phone tells me that it is already connected to another device but it isnt,have never been able to connect it. when i try to turn b/tooth off the phone goes thru the motions and tells me it is turned off but automatically reverts to the default position of on. Any ideas please

Faulty software it is. It's either your phone has a virus or it came faulty from the vendor. My advise is you take it back and excahnge for a new one, if you still have the warranty. This problem cannot be solved by reloading the software, the last time i checked. You will have to change the whole phone. Sorry about that

are you using the bleutooth for connection to another phone? or to a headset?
