Hi ! Don"t phone . Write a short note ,say exactly the same
as your question . Only this time give the name of the mother & children -- address-- phone and where she works. A WORD OF
WARNING IF THIS IS NOT 100% TRUE YOUR IN TROUBLE.
You have absolute knowlege and remember what you claim is not nessecery bad if it"s not extream. send this to child welfare in your town or county or the prosicuters office you dont have to sign your name.. .It will help the kids right or wrong..

You need to talk to the kids. Without knowing the whole situation you could be making a mistake. I have sisters in foster care. Kids don't always go into better homes. There's something wrong with every home. By the way Child Support doesn't even pay much, but some Foster Parents will get 4 or 5 kids just for the added money, and then skimp on basic nessessities just to make more of a profit. Maybe they will be better of at home. Foster Parents and/or their realives/friends can do drugs in the home and actually get away with it so Foster Care might not even be the better answer. Does the Mom Love Them, Is She Trying to Change, Do the 14 and 12 year old WANT TO stay home?????? You need to evaluate these questions. Hope it works out.

Ok, here is a story for you!!
Last year I was living in NY and one day this story was all over the news and Newspapers. There was this couple that HAD two kids 1 1/2 and 3 years old. This couple had child services checking on them. So one day he puts both Kids in the bathroom with the hot water running close the door and when to get even more high than he already was on coke and weed with their mom in the living room. When he finally realized that he had put the kids in the bathroom it was too late they died, the tempeture of the furniture in the bathroom was 121 degrees and the bathroom was flooding with scolding water. Can you imagine the death of those two beutiful babies. It was the sadest story i ever heard.

Think about it, She might not hit them but sometimes what they do affects them. i think you should call them.

they usually talk to the kids. They can request a drug test they dont show upand do one you are refered to a place to have one done. Her kids are not babies i cooked 4 myself and did laundry at 12. Anyway yes she is living a dangerous life weed is not heroin or crack HERE it's a fine to get caught with it some places in the world it's LEGAL. I am sure NO ONE WILL AGREE i think your over reacting. Kids that age don't need removed unless they are in DANGER. You don't have to like that she drinks and smokes weed in reality is that causing direct harm is she locking them in a closet? beating them? not sending them to school? sexually violatinting em?. I was A heroin addict my kids had perfect attendence in school always had food. I did get treatment with a methadone clinic i've been clean 15 months. I had the hospital call D.S.S because i got a staph infection in my arm from using. I was requested to do a drug test i failed my mom got my kids. I have them back now. Even thou i did get clean i still feel my kids were never in danger and DSS never charged me with anything other then drug use. The kids had their own rooms clean house clothes food. My daughter went to a mental hospital 2 times in 6 months from the seperation in the end my kids were hurt the most from being taken away. BESIDES ALL THAT DO YOU KNOW WHAT GOSE ON IN FOSTER HOMES? people that jump to that are not aware of how unsafe sending kids to a STRANGER is. ONLY CALL IF YOU KNOW A CHILD IS BEING ABUSED not just because the parents make poor choices. In fact they won't take them in most cases they will order rehab to the parents if they fail you might cause these kids more harm by being nosy then just leaving it BE ....here locally this happend READ IT! Cincinnati- The foster parents of a missing 3-year-old developmentally disabled boy were charged Monday in his death, and the foster father accused of burning his body.

Liz and David Carroll Jr. are accused of leaving Marcus Fiesel in a closet in their Clermont County home just east of Cincinnati while they went to a family reunion in Kentucky on Aug. 4, said Hamilton County prosecutor Joe Deters.

Investigators believe the boy was dead when the couple returned home two days later, Deters said. The couple reported the boy missing from a Hamilton County park Aug. 15.

If you feel that a child is in danger of any sorts, its your responsibility to call D.S.S. I know its hard because you don't want to get involved but if one night she really hurts those kids or burns down the house or any other bad thought you can think of, will you be able to live with yourself, knowing you did nothing. You answer that and you will do the right thing.

If you believe she is physically abusing the children CALL. Weed stays in your system for 30 days. So they won't have to test on the spot.

Yes, get them out of there! And they will more than likely give her a hair strand test, it goes back 90 days.

You can always call. But they're not going to do anything. Technically hitting doesn't equal abuse, it has to leave bruises.
