Diet and excercise. We have heard it a million times but it's true. If you work out, you need to also watch what you eat. Portions are important too of course. Burning more calories than you consume is key. Good luck!!!!

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

Get started today!

You never want to diet because the 1st 3 letters of diet are DIE. I suggest walking and riding your bike if you have one and aerobics are really good. It is all about portion control and you just cut back on the amount of calories yu eat. Leave the soda water alone and drink plenty of water. This will help you to reach your desired goal in a healthy way and eat plenty of fruits and veggies. Fad diets are just dangerous to your health and potentially deadly. I hope it all works out for you.

first find out if you really need to lose weight. compare height and weight to charts from your doctor or dietician. there are some online.

diet is a four letter word. eat the way you want to eat for the rest of your life otherwise you only have a temporary solution.

eat what you want but you must exercise and drink more water.

Change your lifestyle and do this forever. Drink lots of water, walk an hour every day except 1 then do stretching and upper body toning. Eat fruits & vegetables.

No sugar
No sodas
No candy
No chips
No potatoes
No pasta
No pizza
no corn
no bread
no burgers
no fried foods

Good Luck

the one thing you must remeber is to never starve yourself. this only makes matters worse. you must increse the amount of protiens the body takes in. for example: chicken, eggs, peanut butter, etc. YOU MUST stop eating junkfood, no matter what it is. if you want to lose that fat you have to make sacrifices. THAT INCLUDES SODA. the best way to lose the fat in your belly is by doing sit-ups and crunches. DO NOT do them on consecutive days becuase you will hurt your body. do what you can but remeber that you can't cheat yourself do everything properly and all the way through.

Drink more water and less "junk" drinks (soda and such). Eat healthier snacks, even though I'm sure school still has chips and such. Walk or ride a bike to a friend's house and watch your posture. You'd be surprised at how working at your posture will help!
