My thoughts because of Mike Shinoda being with Fort Minor, it might be hard for them to assemble back as a group.

linkin park is still together. mike shinoda's fort minor is for his hiphop influences. the majority of his collaborators on the fort minor cd are close friends and families. hes still very much part of linkin park. and if i remember correctly a new cd is to be released at the end of this year, or early 07

I believe they said there wouldn't be a new Linkin Park CD this year. Course... there's only 4 months left of it.
