The only people who have seen God in person were those who lived in Jesus' day. They could see God in human form. It's true that He was executed, but He did not remain dead. He rose from the grave three days later and was seen by many witnesses before His return to heaven.

Because no one is worthy of seeing his glory. Not to mention, the bible states that no mortal could live to see his psychical form.

No, God was not murdered.

Not dead either.

If he weren't believed in, then there would not be so many churches or religious folk in the world....

What the hell is a murderes code?

If you wanna find God. Sit still in a room, with nothing happening. No radio, no TV, nothing to distract you. And meditate. Close your eyes and start your deep breathing. Deep breathes in through your nose, hold them in your belly (when done right, your belly will expand, not your chest) and then release the breath through your mouth. Do this for at least 5 minutes, relaxing your entire body. When you feel completely relaxed, talk to God. He may not answer you right away and in a voice you can here, but he will answer you by showing you the right choices in life and helping to guide you through tough times.

Good luck, and remember, God is within people. If you feel you must attend a church to feel his presence and/or have someone else tell you about your God, go ahead. I just find it easier, and more beneficial to me, to deal with God one on one, and not have organized religion get in the way.

I see why you are asking again.

Some one was asking a question a while back and as I started to answer, they referred to people of my experience as crass idiots. Even though I knew the answer to the question, I wasn't going to dignify their remark with a response. I started not to here except perhaps there is a real question in there. In the same light, have you considered that he considers your noise not worth answering?

It is like the questions of 'intelligent life elsewhere wanting to travel here'--why? There's not an awful lot of recent evidence that intelligent life is here, so who would they want to talk to?

Then there's another side of it. We sent a probe to Mars in the earlier days of exploration and it sent back some pictures. Someone quipped that the pictures gave no evidence of life on Mars. The JPL spokesman said our photo resolution isn't good enough, all this proves is that there aren't two mile-wide elephants standing together.

When this question has aged and some answer is picked and Yahoo moves it to the "Resolved" list, don't you believe it.

Look around you. You can see God everywhere. In the sun, in the stars, in the trees and flowers. Do you have children? Look in their eyes. You will see God. Are you a Beleiver? Look in your own eyes. You will see God. God can be seen physically and emotionally in all of the people and things around us. Open your eyes to Him, and you are bound to see Him everywhere you turn your gaze.

Some people have seen God, but you forget that God said "no man can see me and live"

Your imperfect and to see GOD would be beyond your limited mental ability to handle. Even Moses couldnt look at GOD directly. Belief in GOD doesn not require us to be able to see him. Someday perhaps when we are spiritually cleansed we will.

We can if we look at things the right way.

For instance, if we look at our universe, and galaxy, and the rest of space, we can only conclude that there is a higher being, no matter what label you put on him/her. Look at the way our planets orbit the sun. That doesn't just happen, or just appear.

If you were to see God in His true form, your mind wouldn't understand it. Did you know that He used to walk the Earth?

Let's go slow on this one. First, let's treat the general case:
1. You haven't seen Him.
2. You don't know anyone who has actually seen Him.
3. I haven't seen Him.
4. I don't know anyone who has actually seen Him.
5. I don't know anyone who knows anyone who has actually seen Him.

Conclusions:
1. Cleverest camouflage ever.
2. There ain't no "He" to be seen.

Your call.

because when Adam and Eve ( the 1st man and woman)sinned they created a barrier between them and God. the curse was passed along to us .the only way to see God is believe on His name and repent for your sins. then you will see Him in heaven.
