Where in Kansas City will you find an indoor waterfall cascading down a natural rock cliff several stories high?
In the lobby of the Westin Crown Center Hotel.

Downtown Kansas City's largest public fountain is a 51-million water spectacular with changing colored lights. What is its name and where is it located?
The Barney Allis Plaza Fountain on the south side of 12th Street between Wyandotte and Central.


There is also the "secret garden" website below..not sure how big the waterfall is there though

Hope these help... Don't readily see a "natural waterfall" online.

At the Southeast corner of Pershing Road and Main street is a waterfall like the one you are looking for.
Also in the lobby of the Downtown Marriott Hotel, 200 West Main Street ,is a waterfall in the Lounge area.
There is several waterfalls inside the T-Rex restaurant at the Legends shopping center by the NASCAR track and Village West complex.

You should go to the Plaza area
