If they arent throwing any heat, bleed the air out. That is if they are not electric. You need a radiator key tho.

Are the supply valves at the radiators on? If yes, sounds like air in the system. Is the valve for the make-up water turned on?
Try draining some water out of the boiler, if it is black, your good, this is a closed system so black water is good, if the water is clear, you have a leak somewhere.
Make sure you turn off the circulation pump before you try to bleed air out of the system or your just wasting your time. Keep in mind that air will work it's way to the top of your system, you might even have an air tank in the attic that you can bleed off, you may have to bleed air out of the radiators a few times.
If bleeding air out of the radiators doesn't work hunt down a boiler repair guy, the older he is the better. Let them teach you some basic maintenance for your system and you should stay happy and warm for years.

As well as bleeding air (and filling the system with water) sometimes the valves to the radiators go bad. They can be purchased and replaced but are not easy to find. Check Spirax Sarco or Armstrong companies online. But first, make sure the system is full of water.

Go to the radiator that is farthest away from the boiler and vent the aair out. You may want to install an automatic air vent on each radiator. this will remove the air for you automaticly
