I have dents in the back of my car...and when i say dents I mean dents the size of the screws on the license plate and so i backed into a car and those screw dents were the only damage but it wasnt that bad...do i have to take it to a body shop or is there something i can do or use to remove the dent...thanks

There is no easy fix so you might want to live with it. There is a paintless dent repair for hail damage, but that might not work for your bumper. Ask a couple of body shops to get an opinion.

Your bumper is most likely plastic so no, there is nothing you can do unless you are good with bondo and airpaint guns.
