I am a first time player so I didn't do well in the draft. Can someone help me on who I should play.

QB: McNabb, McNair, Vick
RB: s. Alaxander, J. Lewis, M. Moore, Musa Smith
WR: Ro. Williams, D. Givens, R. Curry, D. Branch
TE: D. Graham, J. Stevens.

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Assuming you need to start 1 QB, 2 WR, 2 RB, and 1 TE, here are your best starters: Donovan McNabb is a MUCH more consistent fantasy football (and actual football) player then Vick so go with McNabb.

At RB you have Shaun Alexander, so you have a chance but you should also start Jamal Lewis. The other two guys are backups and you should look for someone on the waivers like Marion Barber III from Dallas or Jerious Norwood from Atlanta who are backups, but should see significant playing time this season.

At WR you should start Roy Williams and Givens. Keep Branch on your bench and drop Curry. Look to pick up someone like Antonio Bryant from SF, Greg Jennings from GB, Marty Booker from Miami, or Braylon Edwards from Cleveland if available.

At TE you'll have to start Graham as Stevens is injured and out for the first 6 weeks or so.

Good luck and have fun with it. The 1st year is usually a learning experience so watch to see who the good players are for next season as you will probably struggle this season.

It could be worse, so have something to work with.

You didn't say how many you have to start.

Always start Alexander. Never bench him, ever. Lewis is questionable but should play. The other two are on the bench.

McNabb should be good against Houston.

Your WRs are a mess. I'll assume you start 2. Go with Williams even though he's questionable. Go with Givens. Hang on to Branch until he gets through his arbitration.

You need a TE. Stevens and Graham are both hurt I believe. You might be able to grab Ben Watson (NE), or maybe try Pope from AZ.

If you need another WR, and have room on your bench, grab Troy Williamson (MIN) or Greg Jennings (GB) if they are available.

You don't really need 3 QBs. Try trading Vick...

Here is who to start:

QB- McNabb
RB- ALexander and Lewis
WR- Williams, Givens, Curry
TE - Stevens

Hint: You really need some help at WR. Other than Williams, you have a pretty poor sqaud. Deion Branch isn't even active right now, and Givens and Curry are both 3rd and 4th receiving options at best. I am sure you can find some better talent in the free agent pool.

rb alexander is the best you can have right now, lewis dont think is ready to play, out of the other 2 pick moore
wr start williams, and curry, branch is having some difficulties

Sorry but I find fantasy leagues to be boring and mundane. Nothing but a bunch of limpdicks. While you losers are sitting at a bar doing your fantasy thing. . . I'm living out my fantasies by having crazy sex with your ladies!
