Same as always - "Republicans are bad and we can do better." As far as an actual plan of HOW to do it better, they don't have one - never did, never will.

Probably something like "We hate Bush," which would be the first time in a long time the Democrats actually agree on a platform...

There are 435 Democratic candidates for the House of Reps and approx 33-34 Democratic candidates for the US Senate. I assume each one has their OWN platform. Why dont you start writing to each and every one of the 470 candidates and ask them for a detailed report. While you are at it, do the same for the 470 Repubs too. I expect a detailed report of all 940 candidates on Yahoo Answers before November!

While there are some good answers here, you forgot:
1. Fear mongering about the economy. Despite actual numbers, they will tell us how we're all unemployed, except for a few who have low-paying service sector jobs.
2. Complaints about education. Despite the fact that the vast majority of public school teachers have left leaning politics, it's the conservatives who have destroyed our schools.
3. Hype about tax cuts favoring the rich. Despite everyone receiving checks in 2001, somehow the rich are the only ones w/ tax cuts.

Hopefully a much more effective plan that will get us out of Iraq without turning it over to the swell of terrorists that have breeded there since Bush decided to invade. And maybe more money to intelligence agencies to try to hunt the terrorist cells. Hopefully working to close our borders to illegals along with more security at home (at our ports, at our chemical and nuke plants, etc). Maybe if the Republican run government would shut up for a moment or two, you would hear that the Dems do have a plan, watch CSPAN for a change, you may actually be able to hear from both sides!

Cut and run, Surrender and appease, and when we're hit again they'll point their fingers at Bush. We'll see a production increase in white flags (buy your stock early), a decrease in the military and gun ownership, and a whole lot of covering up (can you say 90,000 in a freezer and nobody has done jack about it?).

The same as it was last season "We're not GW Bush".
Unfortunately, thats all they got. Too bad they won't quit telling us who they arent and tell us who they ARE and what they ARE in favor of doing instead of listing wha they ARENT in favor of doing.
They simply refuse to give an opinion other than criticism of the opinions of others.

Doesnt really matter what it is. It could be toast for everyone and they would still get elected because of Bushs complete and utter failure at every turn.

It is VERY simple this year, "Bush is wrong." Since they cannot come up with any answers, and what W has been doing is working, they must attempt to convice the American public other wise.
