Well, i dont think God was trying to tell him something, i think that the stingrays got startled by all the camera crews, steve, other people: they where in there environment, where they feel safe. Steve disruptted them and the sting ray was doing this as a self defense. hope this answers your question :o)'

That he was loved enough to go out in a way he would have chosen and that he was needed in heaven to wrangle to darn wildlife villains, maybe god couldnt handle the croc angels. RIP nature man you will be missed!!!

for my area i think of it would be insulting to the reminiscence and photograph of Steve Irwin, only like how persons are pointing out the toddler close to the croc incident. i think of the previous Latin quote easily says it terrific: "De mortuis nil nisi bonum" meaning "Say no longer something yet stable relating to the lifeless."
