About 15 to 25% of the value. Most jewelry store's won't even want to buy it. There's not much resale in silver or flawed diamonds.

You won't get anywhere near the ring's the value, even at a jewelry store. I sold my one carat engagement ring to a jewelry store after my divorce , and got nowhere near what it was worth.

Have you tried selling on EBay?

It depends on how old it is and what condition etc. And gold usually gets more than silver obviously. Get it appraised.
