Move the magnets or speakers away!

De-gauss the tube, in the menu...

The Degauss function should do it, or use a very weak magnet to apply an opposing field, and wipe out the magnetisation. I once fixed an old monitor with no degauss using a bread knife, of all things, just touching the screen and sliding it around removed the colour cast.

You have something with magnets or that is developing a magnetic feild near your monitor. Most likely speakers. Just do the best you can to move the source away, then use your built in degausser.

It is magentized.

When you turn it off, it has a degaussing loop on the tube that is supposed to get rid of it.

You can try turning it on and of 20 times or so. If that doesn't clear it up, a TV shop can degauss it in less than a minute.
