How can I set up one computer to record from the other?

I'll explain what I'm trying to accomplish. In a nutshell, I'm trying to record video from one computer, from the other. My setup that I have is Computer A (which is a laptop), and Computer B, which is a normal computer tower and a LCD monitor. Computer A, the laptop, is what I will be controlling and will be the one that is recorded FROM. Computer B's monitor needs to be able to show what is happening on itself, to setup the recording to start, then to switch to show the laptop's screen, recording from that. What do I need to do?

physically you can't do that

but what you can do is one of the two ways

1-Transfer Data From computer A to B by maybe mp3 player you can store what you need on it,, Then install Them in computer B...

2-Uploading
You can go to anywebsite that Allowed you to Upload Files to Them website and then they will give you a link ,,Then you can go on computer b and download what you have upload by the Link they give you when you done uploading
