Keanu Reeves. If you put him in anything besides an action flick, he is the SAME. He never changes, rarely even does his hair style or two-day old stubble. The only thing I saw him in that he was halfway decent and NOT himself was Bill & Ted! I watched Constantine and it was like watching Matrix without the leather. Or a walk in the clouds! Good movies, but he isn't what makes the movies. He's like the filler. Need a body? THERE! Put Keanu in it and make it SELL!

I think Colin Ferrell or Ben Affleck.

I know a lot of people say Tom Cruise, but I disagree. Yes, he is loony. But the fact that Dustin Hoffman won Best Actor for Rain Man and Jaime Foxx was nominated for Collateral shows that Cruise can in fact act. If you've ever acted, you know that who works opposite of you can affect your performance for better or worse.

Cricfever, I will have to disagree with you too. When someone like Oliver Stone sticks Colin Ferrell as the star in a huge production like Alexander, that says he has a high level of capability. My contention is that he does not, he is overrated.

And I find it funny that you would say he is more famous for his "off screen" antics than his acting. And Tom Cruise is not? Oprah, Matt Lauer, Brooke Shields, "Suri", Paramount, etc. Your answer makes no sense.

Keanu Reeves. His acting is utterly horrible!!! Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt, George Clooney and Julia Roberts are all phenomenal actors/actresses and aren't overplayed at all. I'll admit Tom has been a tad bit wacky lately but who really knows what's going on? Maybe it's just all the stress of the baby and Katie while doing movies at the same time. But Brad was a complete idiot for leaving Jen. I was recently watching reruns of ER with George Clooney and even then he was great. As for Julia, Oceans 13 won't be the same w/out her.

Tom Cruise for sure....He is a complete jerk....has not been able to get over Jerry Mcguire yet.
I completely agree, have seen extras doing better acting than what he does.Another mindless pretty face!!!!!!
With all due respect, I disagree with "profilactic".Collin Ferrel is notoriously famous for his off screen activities, not for his acting abilities.I have never read anywhere someone showing high regards for him as far as acting is concerned. For Ben, I guess he has just been unfortunate.Atleast, he can bring different expressions on his face unlike Tom Cruise who has been suffering from "look at my teeth, I have a beautiful smile, can melt ladies with that" trauma (couretsy "Oprah). Seriously speaking, Tom is getting old now and should concentrate on having a normal life , and BTW , could someone please stop him from torturing viewers by making movies like Mission Impossible and on top of that trying to do action also in it...enough is enough

Nowdays, there are so many I wouldnt know where to begin.I also think Marylin Monroe and James Dean were a little overrated.Dean only made 3 movies and he became an idol! Not that I didnt like him but he was only okay and there have been so many better actors in the past.I also think Tom Cruise is overrated and Demi Moore.
