Why does he think are minds are so small that we can't figure out it just TV.

Because if it is a documentary, then it is supposed to be true. And because people believe what they see on TV. So it is important to point out mistakes in documentaries. And if it's just TV, then whoever made it should not be afraid of whatever anyone wants to say about it. And if Bill Clinton is so damaged already, then why is it necessary to put lies on TV about his administration? Why not just try to be as accurate as we can be?
