If that was the only time you smoked then it will leave your system in about a week. If you smoke any more than that about 30 days. If you smoke daily, up to 60 days depending on your weight. Remember that it only pertains to urine detection. A hair follicle test can detect up to 6 months back. It's still very expensive but some companies still do use them.
