I don't really understand what he is trying to say. I find everything so negative but i know he is trying to send a message. My ex told me he was superman and that he got it from that song. Please clarify!

it s about how these chicks will say anything he wants but he ain t gonna be no captain save a hoe he s gonna tell u some things he knows you want to hear but he basically is saying he s tired of these dumb azz hoes acting like they know him and think that he s gonna rescue them and he is actually saying I CAN T BE UR SUPERMAN

Probably more specifically his problems with on-again off-again wife, Kim. Also it's also probably a reference to being Captain Save-a-ho, which is a refernce guys use to say they don't want a girl with problems, or who was or is a ho, they don't want to be your" Superman".

It's about his frustrations with women.
He wants to be in a good, healthy relationship but apparently, his relationships all turn ugly.
