*lee f*...I was ready to share my life with someone & my situation (single parent) kept me fairly busy & somewhat of a shut-in. I wasn't looking for someone out of need, I wanted a nice man to share my life with...there's a difference.

Hi there, congratulations. My Hubby and I met on yahoo personals about 2 and a half years ago and were married on the 19th of last month. :) I went online just looking for something to do maybe someone to go to the movies with or something cuz I was new in town and Viola! Here's to online romances, my suggestion to those out there thinking about trying it, meet publicly for the first 3 or 4 dates and really spend some good phone time with them and never date anyone outside of "lets do lunch" range! Long distance usually doesn't work out. I found that out the hard way. Cheers!

Kinda...I met someone online last summer and we got to be friends. I was not interested in dating him, despite his repeated attempts. We then went to a party together and I fell in love with one of his friends. We got engaged last month and will be getting married next October! =)

I did. We have been together for 9 months now. In about 2 months and Im actrually going to be moving to where he lives. We talk all the time on the phone and in july i went to go see him!! I miss him!!!!
