Beer for me, although I am not a boozer.
WIne is digusting, and I always say wine is for winos (whinos)
Mixed drinks are fine, tasty, and often look good too. Alabama Slammers were my favorite, so was the Long Island Iced Tea, and The Zombie.
But I have always been a beer guy... with a beer gut? I usually drink the 10% or the 10.1% in the 1.18 liter bottle sold at $3.49 at the local depanneur. If I want to "pay more" for my beer, I prefer the Kokanee brand, as well as Moosehead, and Alexander Keith's. I stay away from Boreale, Belle Gueule, and some of that Sleeman's is just plain nasty!

I like wine on occasion, but only specific wines. Because they are so hit and miss, I tend to order mixed drinks when I am out.

Mixed drink of juice and something else. (I am never ever going to mix Orange Juice with 2 types of alcohol! It tastes nasty and burns the throat).
