I have been seeing a LOTTTTTTT of pictures lately with girls making peace signs to the side and their lips are puckered. I KNOW THIS is a lame question, but does this symbolize something? I mean… did a celebrity do it, causing everyone else to be doing it?

well that one is easy . It is something that the hippies did in the sixties with peace and Love. Instead of saying it they just make a peace sign and blow a kiss some one else here has to know this

It's some kind of Japanese anime thing. There's an actual name for that pose, but I forget what it's called, but it's used constantly in japanese animations.
