I agree with you. However most women/girls with designer pocket books care a lot about self image, and how other people portray them.
Personaly I think it shows more personality to buy a bag at a local boutique.. somthing different that represents who you are. After all isnt fashion a statement of ones self?

Well, I feel left out now if every girl has a Coach bag. Why wasn't I included on the memo? I don't have one yet and wasn't planning on getting one anytime soon. I guess now I'll have to go get one so I don't feel left out anymore. Yes, I'm being sarcastic.

But seriously, I don't think I know a single person in my town that owns a Coach bag. I don't think it's fair to make such a generalized statement, but that's just me.

I carry 1 Coach bag and 2 Prada bags. It's nice every once-in-a-while to have something nice. It's not to be stuck up but they're good quality bags. Due to the price they're rare and most aren't real bags. The real one's have certificates of authenticity. Mine are real which sets me apart. It's just something nice like jewelry, or an expensive dinner out. Everyone indulges sometimes.

First of all coach is a good bag to have and they guarantee their product better than any other purse out their. I have Coach , Gucci, Louis vuitton and Fendi. But coach is the only one that gives you a life time guarantee. So, maybe you don't own a real one and you didn't know that. Overall it's a better buy for your damn money.

well theyare good quality purses, I have 5 and still carry 2 of them I got 3-4 years ago.(they look like new still) If something were to happen to the purse I can send it into Coach and they will replace it. Is it that you don't like the brand or the price of them?

All of my purses are like $10 - $20.
If I bought a real one, I'm sure no one around here would know what it is. Or if they knew, they'd think it was a cheap knock-off.
We don't have coach bags around here, or prada, or any of that glam stuff. Thank goodness, too expensive!!

I don't have one either...but I think there are SO many out there because of the cheaper knock-offs you can buy and still look trendy...I personally hate carrying a bag at all so I refuse to spend more than $25 on one...

I don't have one, really don't even like them, way to expensive for what they are.
I have a couple Fossil leather purses that I love, most expensive was $100, but have been carrying it for 2 years.
