I read something about grapefruits helping with that once.

I realize you've tried ovulation timing...is that with the Fertility Awareness Method, or just with the test you can buy in the drug store. I've heard the drug store test isn't the best. If you try the FAM method though, you will know for sure when you are ovulating. They say the two biggest problems for women in your situation is if they are not ovulating and if the tubes are blocked, so if you've tested fine, it's probably just a matter of time.

Has your man gotten tested?

Best of luck.

has he been tested for things or just you? If you've only been tested, try having him tested - he could have a low swimmer count. If that is all AOK - it'll happen when the timing is right. We've been trying for awhile now and figured when we are supposed to be parents, we will be blessed with a little one. It's taken the strain off and the pressure too. We are both more relaxed now which i have heard plays a lot into it. Keep a positive outlook, stay healthy and have fun trying! Good luck to you also! :)

Yes. We can help. I will pray for you. It will happen when the time is right and the time will be soon. I believe that my exercising ~ doing VIGOROUS cardio along with an improved nutrient regiment helped me become pregnant when I thought I may be infertile. Just 5 weeks till baby now!
I UPPED my LEAN PROTEIN intake (lowfat yogurt, spinach, turkey sausage, broiled salmon) and calcium intake (more lowfat yogurt, et cetera). I took a good multivitamin too. That plus a LOT of prayer did the trick.
Best wishes!!

The semen is analyzed for the volume; number and structure of the sperm; sperm movement; and the fluid thickness, acidity, and sugar content.
Values may vary from laboratory to laboratory. The most common normal values are listed below.
The normal volume varies from 1.5 to 5.0 milliliter per ejaculation. The sperm count varies from 20 to 150 million sperm per milliliter. At least 60% of the sperm should have a normal shape and show normal forward movement (motility).
Please see the webpage for more details and images on sperm and Sperm count.

Here is the clue...don't make love everyday wait a couple of day in between and then have great sex and you'll end up knocked up.
That is how we got pregnant!!

Almost forgot tell your man not to drink alcohol or use drugs.

i understand that deeper penitration can help... try doggy style ... or the man on top doing the "pile driver"

Also being so anxious to conceive may hinder your best efforts... just relax and enjoy the sex... babies just 'happen'

Best of luck !

I was prescribed Chlomid and it took six months, but we got pregnant. I don't regret it either.
