Keep it real.
Slow and simple is the way to go.
I'd say something like Jack Johnson - Inbetween Dreams. It's slow and gentle, perfect for intimacy etc.
Or you could go retro and get some Barry White? His greatest hits are out (entitled 'The Collection). Very romantic.
