I don't know if that is possible, we are all different and everyone else is on the outside looking in. Think about it in terms of houses, you can drive through a neighborhood and see a beautiful house with a great lawn and the house next door (some model) might look plain with a regular lawn. There is no way to look at them and figure out why they are the way they are. There could be 100s of reasons, and even if you talk to the owners, you still won't really know. (Maybe the owner of the nice lawn house wants to show people up, maybe they grew up in a beat up house and want to look like they fit in, maybe they are lazy and hire somebody else to do the work, maybe they do it as a relaxing hobby or exercise, etc). People are too complicated and we put up fronts and facades for a variety of reasons. But there are people (very few) who can truly know and understand us - but it is rare and I don't believe they can know me better than myself.

Yes, my b/f. He knows before I do if I have a headache, by the way my eyes look. He says he can see the pain behind my eyes. He says that I say everything I want through my eyes. Even if I am happy, sad, scared, annoyed, whatever. The other way is if I have some thing on my mind, that I am very, very quiet for an overly long time.

In most cases I would say "No". But a parent could know their child better than they would know themselves (depending on the age of the child), and a couple that has been together for a long period of time would also "know one another better" because time shared throughout the years.

No. For that matter, no one can know or understand that person better than that person himself, because that person lives his life with a particular experience, particular background, particular framework of reference. No outsider can ever possess such an embedded framework and therefore one has to understand oneself.
That is why sages advise us 'know thyself

No one knows himself/herself in this world, if some one claims then i must say he/she must be fool..because individual denoted by Family, Family denoted by Culture, Culture denoted by Society,Society denoted by Nation-Hood, Nation denoted by World, Worlds denoted by only God, n God denoted by only Himself, First 5 phrases are purely related to Social Sciences, And last one "God denoted by only Himself" is for those who claims for knowing Himself better. NO one knows himself/herself, these are ppl, who realizes and leads us for the betterment of our own, Otherwise there would not have been any Counsellor or other social instructors. For me my best Teacher or instructor is my Mama..She is Best and Helps me for adopting good Positive attitude. Im my self is None with out Her.
Peace

you should know enough about yourself to know what you like and what you dont like and whats right for you, but sometimes its ok if a person knows a bit more so they can help you out.
