For some trains, you can even print the ticket at home and use it along with a ID card that you specify while booking (at least this was the case 6 months ago, may be now this facility is available for all trains) Or you can ship the ticket to any address.

there is no seprate western railways online booking,but you can book online any train of indian railway at indian railway online reservation website irctc.co.in .including westeren railway trains

www.irctc.co.in - u can book tickets online for any train , any destination. Fortunately Indian railways doesn't show any regionism
