You may be bloated due to pregnancy, which makes you feel like you're showing when you're actually not. According to the tests and your last missed period, you should be about 5 weeks pregnant. If you got pregnant in July you could be 9 weeks pregnant, and shouldn't really be showing yet. Some women do have implantation bleeding (I did, but it wasn't really like a period, more like pink creamy stuff) and even so much that it seems like a period, and some women don't show up positive on a pregnancy test until later. I'd ask your midwife or doctor for an early ultrasound for dating if you're unsure of your dates.

There is really no way of telling how far along you are unless you can remember the dates of your last period. It sounds like if you were spotting a little in august then you may be right about becoming pregnant sometime in July or early august.
If you are starting to show that much already, then there are only a few reasons I can think of. One reason would be that you are much further along than you think. Another reason would be that you could possibly be carrying twins. You would be showing far sooner and at a faster pace if you are carrying twins. The third reason is just that maybe you are gaining a lot of weight fast.
If you cannot get into your docotors appointment sooner, than maybe you should go see another docotor that can see you sooner. Although it is important for you to get care for yourself and your baby right from the start, it is not particularly harmful if you wait until your second month or so before seeing your doctor. It is important for you to start taking prenatal vitamins though. You can purchase these yourself or call y our doctor for a prescription. Good luck with everything.

I would say since your test came back negative and you have continued having a period even though it is "light" your not pregnant. Showing can also be mis-interpreted for bloating. I would say yes you do need to see a doctor but, not a OBGYN. You are probably retaining water of some sort. You seem extatic about being pregnant when in all reality i highly doubt that you actually are so it could be cause by stress of "wanting" to be pregnant.

Your fetus doesn't pop out the top of your pelvis until your about 4 months you can feel the hard swelling just above your bone by then which is called the fundus, so I doubt your showing on your tummy yet. Thats if you are pregnant. If a test said negative twice I wouldn't say you are.

The doctor will figure out how far along you are. They will ask you the 1st day of your last period and they will guesstimate when you conceived. If you can't give them an exact date, they will figure it out anyway with your symptoms. RELAX!! Pregnancy shouldn't be that stressful. Especially when you are not that far along. I was 2 months and showing...its normal...but relax. Stress isn't good for anyone...especially a pregnant woman.

you don't usually show until around month 5 or 6. Unless you are gaining a lot of weight fast.
Wait till your doctor's appt, they have other ways of estimating the day of conception.

Don't worry about it they can tell you how far along you are, they just have to do an ultra sound.
