The finest wines, and champaign.

A severn course meal made using only yorkshire produce, but the meal would represent countries from around the world.

Desert would of course be home-made cakes.

Followed by Fair Trade Coffee and Mints.

The music would be soft and mellow but played by a live band, all of this would have to take place in an appropriate country hall.

It would also be a no suits evening, so jeans and t-shirt would be perfectly acceptable.
