It makes the breathing sounds, says like 15 phrases and has a voice changer button. You can still hear the original voice but it does a vader voice over it.

yes, you can buy a device to alter the sound of your voice from any toy store... and just hook it up to the inside of your mask. If you want to spend some dough, you can get a fancy one at an electronic store.

U don't need a device to change yr voice!
Go jump into a volcano and then find a way to get out.
