There's four Theme Parks and two Water Parks at Walt DIsney World. All are incredible! Don't waste your time and money on Universal Studios or any of the other Parks unless you have an extra day after visiting the Disney Parks. And if you do happen to go to another Park, I'd suggest Sea World or Discovery Cove.
Have fun!

No matter what you age:
all four Disney Parks
both Universal parks
Do at least one day each. Take your time and enjoy the details to these places. Get your pic taken with some of the characters.

Disney World and SeaWorld
At Disney:
Magic Kingdom is neat for any age, but especially if you have younger kids.
Epcot and MGM are my favorites - you have to ride Tower of Terror at MGM and make sure you see Fantasmic (the nightime show)...it is the best!
