ok, well first of all, just out of curiosity Why would you want to do that? Yes, there is , it is called boric acid! It is harmless and can be purchased over the counter at any drug store! Just mix it in with some dish soap! It will do a VERY good job of irritating the skin and cause alot of discomfort :) It is a real pain in the "donkey". Good luck and have fun!
