Considering that they are in the minority, it is astounding that so many blacks are in prison. They commit more crime. That is not popular to say and is regularly covered up but there is no other way to explain it , unless they are all innocent, as they state. The prisons should be filled with mostly white faces because we outnumber blacks by a large margin. Political correctness convieniantly covers the facts as to not appear biased.

1. poverty. Poverty. Poverty. There's no easy way out of the hood. Most black males in prison tried to take an illegal shortcut.
2. systemic racism means they will always run up against it, in school, on the job. It's not good to be paranoid but usually there is that ONE somebody that IS out to get them.
3. lack of landownership (wealth) for blacks in general means no falling back on a family member,
4. education system teaches opposite to the way black mothers do (i.e.lots of physical contact, eye contact, up close and personal, frequent physical activity). There are some interesting studies and books on this disconnect. Once puberty hits and the energy levels and need for independence rise (6th to 8th grade), black boys find school is not stimulating enough and lose interest.
5. People have low expectations. People will usully conform to our expectations of them. Black males are told by most everyone around them, including momma, that they will never amount to anything from a very young age.
6. There is a mental health stigma in the black community. Therapy is unheard of. Childhood issues and daily stress are never dealt with appropriately. Too often people self-medicate rather than seek professional healthcare.
7. Public defenders usually lose their cases.

Your ignorance and the ignorance of those who responded is astounding. WHITE males outnumber Black males in the penal system. PLEASE know what you are talking about BEFORE posing a question that assumes a fact.
Perhaps what you meant to ask is why the PERCENTAGE of Black males in the penal system is higher than that of white males. Please google racism in the American justice system. Black males are disporportionally sentenced to jail/prison time than that of white males tried for similar crimes, narcotics used more by Blacks than whites carry stiffer, longer jail/prison terms, etc. Couple this with just plain old sending innocent Black males to jail/prison. It is as American as cherry pie.
Your denial will never persuade me to stop playing the so-called race card. You are racist bas tards and are the cause of every injustice people of color endure on this planet. You and I both know it so lets stop playing games, shall we?

we want to be by technique of ourselves, status on our own 2 ft. i advise organising a separate black state, the position we may be able to set up our own identity, loose from the white guy. for sure if we fail, overseas help from the U.S. will be gladly common.

I would think it has alot to do with who they look up to. Listen to some rap music it makes killing and raping sound like a good thing.
Most of their sports hero's are criminals.
What I would like to know is it going to get worse or is it some how going to get better?
Seems to me lately it's getting worse because they are defending these things as part of their culture.

Because the majority of those with a darker skintone are poor. Many of them feel they have to turn to crime, or just don't know any better. Their skin colour doesn't make them criminals. It's their financial situation that does. (I'm not saying this is true for all, but it is for many)
