does someone outside of my home have the right to put spy ware on my computer ( an adult) and give it out to my whole school?

some adults act like children and children are children. you know what, that wasn't right regardless of age.

It depends on who owns the computer in your home. If work, for example, were providing you with your computer, then yes they have that right. If you own the computer, they you alone have the right to decide what is on there. In fact, it might be actually aganist the law for someone to put spy ware on it.

Whoever has done it....it's an immatured behaviour. The guy/gal muss be wanting to know more about your movement and found this cheap method. Most likely it's a teenager.

No I don't think so ....but check this out call a lawyer tell whats going on he will give you free information and he'll let you know what you can do ....now that person will wish he or she Never did this. It sound illegal.good luck
