i am planning to buy a cell phone which has gprs enabled in it. i am not brand specific at all. i want to know the one that is the cheapest available in india. which also means that i prefer not having extra features like camera etc..

check out sony ericcson J series . They r cheap n all hav GPRS but not all hav camera. For that u hav to go there n select. You should also post ur Budget.

Most of the people like to go for Nokia for they have resell value, its your wish which you want to buy. And nokia is best for rough use. if you are looking for color display 2600 can be good. You can also try motorola c168 also. Check out its features.
